The centerboard races was organized for the memory of Celal Kaplan. Wind was so suitable for pirat racing in Kalamis bay. For the pirat class olympic route was applied. After the race with a ceremony, relatives of Celal Kaplan presented the rewards to the winners of the day with Sailing Class Istanbul Representative.
